become France's leading brand in women's ready-to-wear with more than
4800 employees. Due to their international expansion Camaïeu has an
immediate opening for a Country Manager Romania.

Job Description:
- Implement the
Trade policy, Sales and Marketing strategy and drive growth towards
a successful expansion into the Romanian market
- Shape the
organization from scratch and implement the personnel structure to ensure
quality of all the teams in the country.
- Provide and
facilitate leadership.
- Responsible
for achieving economic objectives and for the proper implementation
of administrative and legal procedures to ensure compliance with all
processes.
- Constant monitoring
of the economic, commercial (market, competition, etc.) and social environments
and ensure that the HQ strategy is properly implemented.
- Contribute
on behalf of Camaïeu in areas such as: Expansion, recruitment, training,
evaluation, monitoring the work, inventories, relationships with external
partners (tax, accounting, legal etc) and relations with the government
Who we are looking
for:

with first relevant years working experience in the FMCG or Retail oriented

- Demonstrate
exceptional sales skills and customer service dedication, able to develop
the skills of the team through focused coaching and leading by example
- Your character: Entrepreneurial, seeking
challenge, fast thinker, leader with excellent social skills
- University
degree (preferable in Business Administration)
- Excellent
communicator and therefore fluent written and oral skills in Romanian,
French (must have) and English
