- documents administration (scanning, archiving);
- suppliers relationship: contract negotiation, orders for office supplies and cleaning materials, tracking the performance of contracts for services;
- negotiation and concluding insurance policies for the construction, assets and third parties.
- travel support (flight tickets, hotel accommodation, car rental)
- issuing invoices;
- weekly reports for number of patients, chemotherapy and radiotherapy sessions;
- cash flows, preparing the bonuses for the employees based on the bonus scheme of each department (sessions, consultations, planning);
- suppliers situations, payments (online banking), budget estimations, monthly expenses situations.
- preparation of all requested documents for the bank, according to our facility agreement, compliance deadline of the periodically reports
The company accessed a credit facility, and the payments were done in draw downs, based on the required documentation (invoices, contracts, draw down requests based on the daily euro rate).
- administration of personnel files;
- follow up on the medical staff documents (certificates, malpractices insurances etc);
- preparing the documentation of hiring or ending contracts, issue of documents requested by the employees.
- coordinating Work Medicine, Labor Security and Fire fighting activities (externalized services).
- car fleet administration: evidence of insurances and vignettes, negotiation with insurance brokers, support for claim files, schedules of the periodical inspections in service, paperwork for buying vehicles or erasing existing ones from the authorities, registration with the Police.
