Descrierea postului:
He/she will be responsible for developing, testing and supporting modules/applications developed on the following platforms: .NET Framework, .NET Compact Framework, Java ME, Java SE, SQL Server, Oracle Server. Also, he/she will actively participate in the analysis and planning phases of the projects.
80% of time
• Development process for applications (desktop, mobile, web applications and webservices). We develop mainly in Visual Studio C# (full and compact framework), but there are cases when Java is used (NetBeans, JDeveloper etc).
• Tech research and proof of concept on different areas of interest.
• Testing own developed modules and in some cases, cross testing with other developers.
• Creating small test/development environment for own developed modules.
• Bug fixing and support for internal or customer side testing/production.
• Quality/performance improvements, benchmarks for code performance.
10% of time
• Active participation on analysis discussion and effort estimation for the application modules, that can be internal or with customer side representatives.
• Minimum technical documentation for own developed modules
• Requirements documentation for own developed modules or effort estimations.
5% of time
• Internal support and maintenance for existing systems/applications.
5% of time
• Support for pre-production/production environment on customer site
• On customer site analysis for new requirements, that may require travel to other countries.
Cerinte
Education
• University degree: Computer Science, Business IT or similar
• English is mandatory
Experience
• 3+ year minimum on software development
• Involvement into analysis and other application life cycle events is a plus
• Experience in medium size database management is mandatory
Development skills
Mandatory:
o Strong knowledge of Visual Studio C# Windows Forms
o MS SQL SERVER or ORACLE DATABASE SERVER medium knowledge
o PL/SQL or T-SQL strong knowledge
o Windows Services and Web Services
o Shared source code usage
Team work and proactive person. Quality and performance orientation.
