BitDefender Romania is looking for a usability analyst to join our team in Bucharest. We need an individual who’s passionate about usability and can design, test, and specify requirements for user interfaces and user interaction models.
What you’ll be responsible for:
• Creating and developing user-centered driven interfaces for offline and online applications
• Working together with other teams for continuous improvements of user interfaces
• Being able to work under pressure and meeting deadlines
• Helping design usability test plans and conducting contextual research
• Generating user personas and scenarios from research data
• Conducting heuristic reviews of both consumer and business software UIs
• Analyzing data from usability tests and generating actionable recommendations
• Developing new approaches to complex design problems and conveying these designs in the form of design specifications and prototypes
Cerinte
Job Qualifications:
• BA/BS degree in Human Computer Interaction, Human Factors, Cognitive Psychology, Behavioral Science, Anthropology, Visual Design, Industrial Design or other related experience
• Solid knowledge about principles of user centered design
• A flexible, creative and responsible personality
• Usability Engineering knowledge would be a plus
• Adobe Photoshop skills
• Some knowledge of HTML/CSS and JavaScript
• Portfolio of UI/UX work (web, cd, dvd, etc.) a plus
