Descrierea postului:

Participates in designing of training courses for different levels within sales force, other channels of distribution or according to other needs of the company
Delivers training courses to enhance sales force performances
Plans and organizes the training activities
Deploys regularly the analysis of training needs within network
Make proposals to grow the sales force performance

Cerinte:

Good understanding of the training required in the financial services
Very good planning and organizing abilities, analytical, sharpness
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Fluency in English (German would be a strong asset)
Experience is required in insurance field or in sales /soft skills training
Availability to travel
