Technology Architect

We are searching for an IT professional to join our architecture team and provide consultancy and support within the applications development related projects. Our new colleague will hold responsibility in:
- All stages of the project: analysis, design, testing, implementation of test and live environments, post implementation analysis
- Providing expertise in infrastructure design, hardware/ software systems
- Proposing architectural solutions within the analysis and design project stage
- Defining infrastructure architectural standards
- Analyzing the existing technological environment to detect inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Proposing hardware/ software infrastructure development strategies to effectively sustain the business strategy
- Designing the IT solutions considering the infrastructure and operational services; providing the technical documentation for the solutions within the project implementation
- Performing impact analysis within the change management process to identify risks and consequences upon infrastructure and information systems

The professional we are looking for is experienced in solutions design, installation, configuration and implementation and has:
- Bachelor degree in computer science
- 5 years of experience in IT design and implementation and in depth knowledge in at least 2 of the following: network design, applications development, middleware, servers and storage, database administration, operations
- Exposure to various configurations, technologies and processing environments
- Conversational English
- Good analytical and technical skills
- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of new technologies
- Capable of being extroverted and collaborative
- Motivation that is focused on long-term results
