For Contitech Thermopol Romania (Nadab) we search for a dynamic and motivated Training Specialist to join our Human Resources department.
As Training Specialist you will have to:
Develop, organize and implement in-depth technical training process;
Organize and develop training procedure manuals, guides and course materials such as handouts and visual materials.
Incorporate motivating, creative, and interactive training techniques to enhance the training experience, in an effort to maximize learning and retention.
Collaborate with Product Development, Operations, and Product Management to obtain information required to develop training materials.
Deliver Training Programs / Modules based on training plan requirements
Coordinate, schedule and conduct technical training for new hires and current employees.
Facilitate the execution of all training plans.
Periodically, evaluate training effectiveness.
Cerinte:
• Young professional with 2 of professional experience on trainings
• Technical background
• Prior experience with developing and delivering technical training programs for production
• Presentation skills
• Academic degree in a relevant subject completed quickly and above average
• Good experience in working with people
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Great communication, collaboration, and flexibility to work with production people
