From this position the mission of your function is to manage and supervise the professional activities of the team members, allocate resources within the team in order to ensure quality results in accordance with the organization's strategy.
The purpose of the Windows teams is to offer 2nd and 3rd level IT support services to foreign partners and customers in order to support their business needs and continuity.

- ensuring service delivery in line with company strategy and quality standards
- allocates incoming work, existing resources and know how distribution within the team
- defines and implements appropriate standards in order to improve the efficiency of the team and the quality of delivered work
- acting cost consciously and monitors costs within the area of responsibility
- actively promotes and provides feedback at all levels, ensures cross-functional communication and co-operation in order to improve the information flow
- actively involved in team and individual performance evaluation process and all other people processes (staffing, career development etc.)
- acting as a role model for her/his followers, motivating them towards Excellency.
Cerinte
We are positive you will be able to do a great job on this position if you:
- have 2 years experience on similar leading positions in the IT area (preferably related to IT infrstructures management)
- have very good language skills (English is a must)
- have strong technical know how in the following area:
o MS Technologies area (Windows Server Operating System, Active Directory, MS Exchange, etc)
- have strong experience in planning operational work and projects within the team
- good knowledge of management and leadership tools and processes in the area of people, budget, customers and business.
- have ITIL know how (certfication ITIL v3 is a plus)
- have proven abilities of handling challenging situations; good conflict resolution skills
- have experience with large, multinational environments and global projects is a plus
- are proactive, responsible, have strong customer focus skills and if your professional activity is guided by excellence and integrity.
