To facilitate our start-up software development operations in Cluj, Romania, PGP Corporation is partnering with local experts at RECOGNOS Romania to assist with setting up business infrastructure and to initiate hiring a team of dedicated professionals.
TC TrustCenter, a subsidiary of PGP Corporation, is the leading provider of On-Demand PKI security services in the world, enabling a wide range of PKI-enabled security services for enterprise authentication, secure e-mail and digital signatures. This position plays an important role in bringing about the implementation of services and on-premise software. This candidate should be adept at implementing Java and C++ server and desktop software. These positions are located in our offices in Cluj, Romania and report to the PGP Site Manager.

Job Responsibilities:
•Develop and execute test cases on TC TrustCenter products and services and their integration into third party products.
•Isolate issues down to root cause and create clear concise bug reports.
•Take ownership of service components and become a subject matter expert.
•Have the ability to work with TC TrustCenter Product Management to help shape the direction of product features.
•Think strategically. Systematically review issues, diagnose their root cause, analyze if proposed solutions will scale for thousands of users and certificates, and determine how reliability can be continually increased.
•Write test documents and technical functional specifications.
•Work collaboratively with Support and Development on bug isolation and verifying fixes.
•Develop automated testing environments.
Job Requirements:
•Completed or pending B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
•3+ year of software QA experience.
•Comfortable working on Linux and Windows.
•UNIX and Windows shell scripting experience.
•Knowledge in programming with Java and/or C++ and/or C#.
•Understanding of networking and network protocols, especially TLS.
•Ability to broadly understand product and company goals to prioritize and rapidly accomplish test cases.
•Should be able to design, write, and execute performance and stress tests and report the results. TC TrustCenter is ISO 9001 certified. Tests have to be performed in an auditable fashion.
•Self motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Fluent English language in reading, speaking and writing.
Additional Desirable Skills
•PKI knowledge (X.509, RFC 5280, …).
•Experienced in using openssl (or comparable low-level PKI tools).
•Experienced in using test automation and trouble ticket tools.
•SOAP/XML/XSLT programming experience.
•LDAP and Directory Server Experience.
•Knowledge in using Microsoft CA, Forefront Identity Manager and other PKI systems.
•German language in reading, speaking and writing.
