To facilitate our start-up software development operations in Cluj, Romania, PGP Corporation is partnering with local experts at RECOGNOS Romania to assist with setting up business infrastructure and to initiate hiring a team of dedicated professionals.
TC TrustCenter, a subsidiary of PGP Corporation, is the leading provider of On-Demand PKI security services in the world, enabling a wide range of PKI-enabled security services for enterprise authentication, secure e-mail and digital signatures. This position plays an important role in bringing about the implementation of services and on-premise software. This candidate should be adept at implementing Java and C++ server and desktop software. These positions are located in our offices in Cluj, Romania and report to the PGP Site Manager

Job Responsibilities:
•Development and maintenance of our internal, object-oriented software system for requesting, generating, and managing certificates as well as of additional PKI related software components.
•Design verification, implementation, and test of enhancements or new components as specified by the TC TrustCenter System Architects.
•Maintenance of existing software components.
•Write test specification, perform integration tests, and document the results in accordance to our ISO 9001 Quality Management System.
•Take ownership of software components and become a subject matter expert.
•Work together with development, support, and product management on bug isolation and fixing.
Job Requirements:
•At least B.S. degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
•Experience with Java and C/C++.
•Consolidated knowledge of web application programming and client server technologies.
•Knowledge of database programming, especially Oracle and PostgreSQL.
•Comfortable working on UNIX, Linux, and Windows.
•Methodological approach and highly quality oriented.
•TC TrustCenter is ISO 9001 certified. Implementation work and tests have to be performed in an auditable fashion.
•Self motivated with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•Fluent English language in reading, speaking, and writing.
Additional Desirable Skills
•PKI knowledge (X.509, RFC 5280)
•Experienced with XML, HTML.
•Experience in using Hibernate, Spring, and Struts 2.
