Join Embarcadero CodeGear as a Software Development Engineer in Tester to contribute to the development cycle for our tools (C++ Builder, RAD Studio, InterBase, etc.), serving a community of millions of developers around the globe.
Build a career as a Developer of programming tools or Software Tester in a horizon of 1.5 – 2 years, depending on your skills, ability to learn, attitude, and performance in general, by studying cutting edge technologies and development tools.
Responsibilities and Activities
• Use RAD Studio and other tools as a regular developer/programmer
• Learn and build automated functional tests to ensure high quality products
• Learn to Identify and analyze product bugs quickly and efficiently (using C++, Delphi, .Net).
• Use programming (in C++, Delphi, .Net) and software test engineering tools for functional, performance, and stability test development
• Report bugs and verify fixes
• Maintain and build smoke, functional and regression tests
• Evaluate and report on latest product quality to team lead and management
Cerinte
Skills and Experience Required
• University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Mate-Info, or related field
• Attracted by programming and technology, with strong analytical skills, and a desire to make development products better
• Solid understanding of C++, Delphi, .Net.
• Projects or experience using any of C++, Delphi and .Net are a plus.
• Good understanding of OOP fundamentals
• Good knowledge of Windows operating systems and their associated APIs
• Good communication skills
• Good teamwork skills
• Good problem solving skills
