We are looking for a highly motivated, technically savvy and results-oriented Senior Program Manager with a creative and inquisitive mind. You will be part of our R&D team which is building a state-of-the-art Conversational Agent service that needs to handle millions of conversations per day for our customers.
You will be driving the delivery of new features and services. As such, you will be responsible for all aspects of product feature development including customer interactions, requirement definition, specification, usability, scheduling and quality. You will be shipping high-quality software on a bi-monthly release schedule.
Our offices are centrally located in Paris, France. We offer an awesome work environment and an attractive compensation package.
You will be responsible for collecting client requirements, writting specifications, project scheduling, communication with the development team, coordinating and following the whole product cycle. Coding is not part of the job.
Cerinte
At least 5 years of overall work experience.
At least 3 years of experience designing, implementing, and shipping complex software and services.
Recent programming experience (last 3 years) in an object-oriented programming language such as C#, C++ or Java.
Proven aptitude in communicating with customers to specify and deliver high-quality software functionality.
A blend of excellent technology background, customer focus and pragmatism.
Energy and desire to deliver on aggressive schedules.
Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written. French language is just a plus.
A university computer science degree (or equivalent).
There is no upper limit of age.
Would be a plus:
Indirect or direct people-management experience (such as working with contractors).
Experience with working with remote customers and teams.
Experience with agile development methodologies and TDD.
Post-graduate degree in computer science (or equivalent).
