- Manage and lead the Training Coordinators team
- Ensure timely and effective training delivery for all distribution channels
- Quarterly conduct the training needs analysis and create the annual training plan based on Distribution requirements (direct sales force, bancassurance & brokers)
- Manage resources and budgets in line with company’s procedures and strategy
- Support company’s strategy implementation and elaborate the training strategy for all distribution channels together with the line manager
- Work as a team member in other company level business projects Cerinte:
- University degree, relevant TOT courses
- Life insurance experience (sales & training)
- Training management (min 2 years in a managerial position), advanced presentation skills
- Good people management skills
- Very good planning, organizing, coordinating abilities
- Very good written, presentational and oral communication in Romanian and English Oferta (bonusuri, beneficii):
