As an Education Sales Representative, you will utilize your proven track record for developing new business, from contact to closure.
Reporting directly to the a country sales manager with a dotted line to the Centre Manager, this role would suit an individual who relishes the challenge of meeting quarterly targets.
As an ESR you will have experience of developing rapport over the telephone with customers and an understanding of selling complex training solutions.
You be able to demonstrate the following:
• experience of selling complex product or services solutions over the telephone to the IT sector
• understanding of the IT services market and future trends
• successful track record of closing new business integrity
• Desire to achieve results.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Help maintain ongoing relationships with OU customers and build new relationships as required
• Provide complex & innovative training solutions to address customer requirements, maintaining a current understanding of curriculum, processes and Oracle products and services
• Act as trusted advisors to help maintain ongoing relationships with OU customers
• Work and develop relationships with customers and other Oracle lines of business to drive revenue, maximize customer service and re-enforce the one global provider approach.
• Cooperate on the preparation and execution of OU marketing campaigns

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proven sales experience preferably in an IT or Education environment
• Proven experience working in a key account management role
• Excellent "Business Sense" for evaluating sales opportunities in a dynamic and entrepreneurial environment
• Solid communication and presentation skills
• Strong sales and marketing skills: needs analysis, positioning, and business justification and closing
• High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment.
• Self-motivated to continuously expand personal professional knowledge.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of IT education market is advantageous
• Fluency in German & English |
