Reporting directly to Sales Manager Central Europe, the main responsibilities in this role are:
• Prepare profitable quotations, based on input from salesmen/sales manager for key customers
• Perform quote follow ups, sales analysis, monthly reports;
• Prepare monthly follow up of business plan by customer and by business segment
• Organise customers visits, local distributor conferences, support translations to Romanian language;
• Local Market studies, economic forecasts, proactive marketing campaigns;
• Provide administrative support to Sales Manager - Central Europe and to the sales team, covering Romanian sales territory, which includes Romania, Bulgaria and the countries of former Yugoslavia.
Candidates for this position should meet the following criteria:
· Bachelor degree (preferable in economics, marketing or mechanical engineering);
· Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in customer service, supply chain area;
· Proficiency in English (both oral and written);
· Strong computer literacy (MS Office), previous exposure to SAP system would be an advantage;
· Good background in statistical techniques and data analysis;
· Analytical skills and proactive attitude |
