This position overall deals with planning, coordinating, implementing and assessing sales activities, constantly maintaining the service quality of the company, identifying new market opportunities, developing and maintaining the portofolio of corporate accounts.
The Sales Manager's key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- obtain and explore new leads;
- maintain and update the status of every individual and corporate client (contracts, discounts, proposals etc.);
- evaluate and improve the internal policies that have an impact on Customer Service Quality (Feedback forms, Email responses, Phone responses, Prompt replies, format of written replies, complying with the employee manual rules and procedures, appearance, etc.);
- monitor and react to competition’s sales activities & strategies in order to achieve a competitive advantage.
- create and implement marketing campaigns
Cerinte - Education: university degree
- Age: up to 35 years
- Experience: the ideal candidate is a sales professional with a minimum of 4 years experience;
- Physical aspect: pleasant, professional
- Abilities: excellent selling skills; excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills; leadership skills; ability to prioritize and complete tasks; organized; focused on reaching targets;ability to identify and prioritize activities that lead to a goal;
- Foreign language: French -fluent, English - very well
- Profile: professional attitude, team worker, open-minded, dynamic, positive, interested in fitness, adaptable, interested in developing a career
- Computer literacy - Microsoft Office package;
