SALES MANAGER

Company GEO CITY based in Constanta looks for SALES MANAGER , responsible for the development and perfomance of all sales activities . Staff and direct the sales team towards achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and value .

Main responsabilities :
- provide leadership to everyday operations of the sales department while keeping focus on the company's strategic goals
- develop sales strategy that ensures achievement of the company sales targets
- set and coordinate the sales budget and reporting
- establish , develop and grow succeseful relathionship with the company's customer
- conduct and manage the provision of the commercial processes reports and market analysis
- lead and inspire the sales team and support them to each the common goals

Requirements :
- University degree in Economics and/or Marketing
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales management
- Fluent commond of written and spoken English
- Computer literacy
- Proven leadership ability to influence , develop and emplower empoloyees to achive the objectives
- Outgoing personality
