- experience in sales automotive industry, with car turbochargers.
- the available range of products and the possibilities to offer tailored solutions, application- and production opportunities, price-settings and delivery times.
- general techniques. common systems and working methods within the trade
- competition and the market in the own marketing area
- commercial techniques and communicative skills to improve an optimal contact with (potential) customers.
- juridical aspects of the making of agreements etc. concerning the assessment of contracts.
- the administrative issues within the department (also ISO)
- the organization and internal relations concerning management and control of documents
- the company regulations, quality procedures, environment- and safety regulations
- the operation of the PC and the installed programs, word-processing-, spreadsheet- and ERP programs
- the modern languages English (spoken and in writing) and Italian (spoken)
- education High Technical School
