Sales Drive Representative - Retail

Descrierea postului:

- Presents and promotes Microsoft products in retail area
- Proactively drives and increase sales of Microsoft products in retail
- Offers consultancy to potential customers about Microsoft products
- Participates actively at Microsoft events – demo days, store openings or other marketing activities or activities to assist in lead generation and new sales
- Educates customers regarding the benefits of products
- Offers basic troubleshooting and support to customers for Microsoft products
- Permanent communication with the store managers and Sales Representatives about the sales volume, stocks, sales tendencies
- Communicates with Microsoft retail represents, about sales trends, issues in the store about how the products are displayed
- Knows the retail organizational structure
- Ensures customer satisfaction by responding to a variety of customer inquiries and complaints in the retail stores

Location: Bucharest
Contract type: vendor (hired on 3rd party company)
Contract period: September 2010 - July 2011
Working schedule:
Monday - Tuesday: free
Wednesday - Friday: 6 hours/day
Saturday - Sunday: 8 hours/day
