Job description:
-assisting the MD and the sales manager of the company,
-contacting and communicating to customers,
-handling orders, order confirmations, invoices, delivery notes,
-organising deliveries from international suppliers and to customers,
-follow-up customers' payments,
-providing sales related information to book keeping,
-receiving customers' visit in the office,
-keeping written and telephone contact to the mother and sister companies abroad,
-register the mails and other daily operation of the company,
-preparing sales statistic,
-helping showroom sales activity,
Cerinte Suitable candidate:
-working experience at sales or distribution department,
-advanced user of Microsoft Office, especially excel,
-advanced English (writing, speaking),
-high school degree,
-only CV whit photo will be taken in consideration
