The duties of the Sales and Marketing representative will be:
to grow new account business, retain existing business and develop appropriate strategies that will increase market share
will work closely the Sales Manager in managing and implementing the sales plan and strategy, driving profits and team performance
will be comercially astute and proactively develop sales opportunities, maximising revenue and maintaining high visibility for the hotels.
attends meetings and training required by the Sales Manager
Evaluation of the effectiveness of sales, methods, costs and results.

Cerinte
The candidate should fulfill the following requirements:

Bachelor degree
A minimum of two years experience in a similar role in sales and marketing
A commitment to offering exceptional service and standards
A proven track record in sales in a target driven environment
Proven ability to devise and implement innovative sales and marketing solutions
Excellent Problem Solving abilities
Self motivated and proactive
Team player as well as individual player
Applicants must be well presented with fluent English and have excellent communication and presentation skills
Internet and MS Office are a must.
