Tasks and responsibilities
Sales:
• Utilizes customer service and sales knowledge to attract and maintain clients
• Generates referrals by building relationships with clients
• Uses business skills to build a strategy for identifying and growing new business
• Identifies market needs and trends
• Markets services and programs
Customer relationship for new and existing customers:
• Responsible for selling, planning, coordinating and administration of all phases of the sales program. This includes ensuring the accuracy of communication by providing clear instructions and updating additions and changes in a timely manner and following up on special procedures.
• Contact businesses individuals by phone or chats, liaising with each client
• Interact by phone or chats with the company clients to sell the company services or to collect and update information or conduct follow-up, and enter the info in our data base
• Data entry and maintenance of customer/potential customer data bases
• Provide customer service: receive, register and process customer‘s requests and complaints in accordance with the specific policy
• Maintain reports of telephonic and chat interactions, orders and payment accounts
• Maintains positive client relationship to ensure ongoing client satisfaction and loyalty
• Communicate with all customers in order to provide general information (services provided, packages, promotion conditions etc) and detailed information (conditions, due date, etc) in accordance with customer’s requests
• Sell and suggest different services and packages appropriate to each client needs
Key Competencies
• Fluent in German, Spanish, French and English; previous experience working in a German/Spanish/French/ English environment is a plus
• Exhibits skills and knowledge in client interaction
• Excellent communication and listening skills
• Initiative and positive attitude, enjoy working with customers
• Flexibility and quick thinking
• Identification and problem solving skills
• Stress tolerance and able to deal with repeated denials

Education and Experience
• University graduate
• 1 Year or more experience in a customer client environment
• Knowledge of sales techniques and practices
• Mandatory Language: Advanced German, Spanish, French and English
• Proficient in relevant computer applications
