Retail Leader

• Responcibility for ½ branches in Romania
• Active visiting custommers with BMs, coaching, shoving best practices
• Improve the commercial performance of the stores by increasing its turnover and maximizing profitability
• Generating traffic in the Fabory shops, both by attracting new customers and bringing existing Fabory customers to the shop;
• Finding new ways to improve sales and meeting customer demand;
• Responsible for the correct roll-out of Formula Management;
• Expanding the number of customers in the area of Fabory shops in the region;
• Preparing the annual sales and marketing budget;
• Optimising the range of products at branches (local range);
• Providing input for the sales action campaigns of local FCs;
• Bringing customers' wishes in line with what Fabory shops within the region can offer;
• Monitoring the performance of each Fabory shop on the basis of established KPIs;
• Identifying and reporting on trends and market developments within the region;
• Day-to-day management and motivating staff
• Working together intensively with various departments both within and outside the organisation.

Cerinte
• Higher vocational education professional and intellectual ability;
• Around 3 years of sales experience in a production/technical environment. Retail experience is a plus;
• Around 2 years of managerial experience;
• Strong analytical ability, capable of quickly understanding customer’s needs;
• Result and customer-orientated, honest and straightforward;
• Excellent social and business interaction skills;
• Valid driver’s licence
• Fluent English
