We are seeking an energetic and experienced Restaurant Front Manager to join our multi unit restaurant team!
As a Restaurant Front Manager you will be responsible for the daily operations of the front-of-the-house restaurant staff, including appearance, presentation, customer satisfaction,professional leadership and direction to front-of-the-house employees, bartenders, waitstaff, bussers and host.
The job:
• You will direct and oversee the activities of restaurant floor staff
• You will demonstrate knowledge of entire menu and preparation.
• You will manage market related opportunities at the restaurant.
• You will respond to customer complaints concerning service, food, and beverages, and ensure customer service and satisfaction.
• Utilize leadership skills and motivate your staff to ensure cost control and labor management.
• Monitor sales and service personnel, and evaluate their performance accordingly.
• Maintain safety rules in the restaurant Safety Manual and procedures.
• Plan and arrange promotional programs and advertisements in mass media.
• Deliver accurate reports on daily sales, payroll, and other as requested.

Requirements:
Qualified candidates must have a minimum of 3+ years experience successfully managing medium to high-volume, full service restaurants.

• have a creative, charismatic and energetic personality,
• be able to writing reports
• have experience meeting budgeted labor costs through effective management
• possess skills to motivate and develop staff.
