Descrierea postului:

Lead a team responsible for the development of Telmap’s core solution including the infrastructure, applications and solutions, on both the client and server ends using C++ and Java. The team leader should ensure a high quality delivery while meeting challenging delivery timelines, as well as devise, guide on and implement design and development methodologies, coding practices etc.

Cerinte:

Professional skills

• At least 5-6 years of experience in C++ and Java development.
• At least 2 years experience as team leader
• Academic degree in Computer Sciences or equivalent from a known university.
• Client-side programming experience/inclination
• Ability to program for and quickly get to speed with a variety of platforms and environments.
• At least 2 years of developing for mobile: major advantage
• Experience with Navigation systems/LBS: major advantage
• Good English: both Speaking and writing

• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to lead and guide other developers
• Ability to come up with innovative solutions to complex and challenging technological problems
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and timelines
