Descrierea postului:
As a Quality Engineer, you will report to the Quality Manager and you will be responsible in implementing and mantaining the standards of the Quality Management System in the plant.
Responsabilities:
1. Maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO TS;
2. As QM request, ensure that indentified quality issues both customer and production are solved
using the company problem solving methods (8D, PSD, PDCA, Kepner-Tregoe, etc.);
3. Prepare and implement corrective actions for the non-conformities identified during audits;
Assure that all Quality Systems are performed according to the company standards and specific customer requirements;
4. Plan and perform internal audits and report the result according to the internal audits procedure;
5. Develop and train plant personnel in application of methodologies and techniques related to quality system;
6. Supervise the implementation of Quality Systems requirements and its continuous improvement.
Cerinte
Requirements:
1. Engineering degree is a must;
2. Solid knowledge Quality management systems;
3. Professional qualifications in Quality Management (internal auditor ISO TS 16949);
4. Fluency in English;
5. Minimum 3 years of previous experience on a similar job;
6. Experience in automotive industry is a plus;
7. Good PC skills;
8. Good interpersonal skills;
9. Flexibility, creativity, organizational skills.
