Position Summary (Objective):
Based in Bucharest, Romania and reporting to the QA Project Lead, the QA Test Lead is responsible for managing a project from Alpha to Final.
Responsibilities:
-Help build a test plan that ensures complete testing coverage for a game, or games;
-Supervise the creation of test cases and test suites that cover all game functionality;
-Track and manage the daily workload of a team of senior testers and testers;
-Effectively, and objectively, communicate the status of the project to both the Production and Development teams;
-Manage the project database; ensuring high quality on bug entry, timely response on requests for more information, and proper bug flow;
-Coach and mentor new testers on proper QA processes;
-Assist in department level recruiting and training;
-Proactively gather feedback from clients and monitor customer satisfaction;
-Generate detailed metrics tracking project progress;
-Perform detailed risk analysis and escalate issues to QA management team when necessary;

Qualifications:
-Previous experience in QA team management as a Test Lead.
-Demonstrated knowledge of software testing and software QA processes (preferably in games but not necessarily)
-Proven ability to manage and lead a test team is a plus
-Demonstrated knowledge of software development processes
-Interest in software testing and video games.
-Solid testing experience required;
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English;
-Excellent teamwork required;
-Effective communications skills;
-People management experience is a plus;
-Strong organizational skills;
-Self motivated, with strong work ethic and ability to work with limited supervision;
-Attention to detail;
-Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities which may require some slight working hours modifications for short period of time
