Main responsabilities:

 

- The main interface with the client regarding the transfer of products from one company establishment to another or transfer from one provider / third party partner / customer to our company;

- Is responsible for maintaining a permanent communication with the customer to determine specifications and / or architecture products modifications according to the requirements;

- Coordinate joint teams for introduction in the production of new products from new or existing customers, starting with the planning of resources and equipment, qualified production line and ending with the early mass production, to stabilize / normalize production line performance;

- Track and delegate specific tasks in order to fulfill their deadlines and quality standards agreed with the customer, beeing responsible for transfer planning and development;

- Responsible to management and client for the transfer results; Analyze and communicate to management the results on financial investments proposed for transfer;

- Maintain production processes in established parameters (time and budget) and is responsible, along with engineering team, of developing, evaluating and improving methods of production and control;

- Is responsible for managing changes that occur in the structure of the product or process / production flow as well as updating and maintaining the database;

- Collaborate with engineering team to estimate production time, resource and cost requirements in order to provide necessary information for management decision making;

 

Requirements:

 

- University Degree in technical field (Electronics, Telecommunication, Automation);        

- Minimum 3 years working experience in electronics or Project Management;

- Good computer skills: MS Office;

- Fluent English communication (Written, Spoken, Reading);

- Good communication skills and team spirit; Flexibility and adaptation to new environments;
- Analytical thinking, and can combine the technical aspects of costs Calculation with financial implications;
- Collaboration and communication with external customers to provide technical solutions;
- Ability to read, analyze and interpret technical procedures or documents, financial - accounting;
- Knowledge of technical and financial processes and functions in the job performance;
- Knowledge of the organization materials process is an advantage;
- Analysis and synthesis capacity; Ability to react and propose solutions for improvement;
- Customer orientation and cooperation, ability to work with other third parties and functions;
- Knowledge about the processes, technologies and functions and understand of their interdependence within the company.
