Job Mission:
Take on a filming (shooting) planner role at Bratys Development, working specifically on finding, contacting and negociating with hotels to film for Tvtrip and keeping a datebase and a callendar linking the filming and the hotel.
Deliver contacts against timelines at times under pressure. Working closely with the Shooting Planners and with the Video-Editors located in Bucharest, London or Paris and – if needed - with customers. Can effectively communicate at all levels of the organization both oral and written.
Key Areas Of Responsibility:
• To receive from the hotels marketing sales team the list of hotels waiting to be filmed.
• To closely work with the hotels marketing sales team to set the priority of the hotels to be filmed.
• To search on the internet any necessary details to keep the planning at a perfect level.
• To contact the hotels and present them TVtrip and its offer and set the details of the filming session following TVtrip guidelines.
• To discuss with them the rules to respect when filming the hotel and answer to their different questions about it.
• Take into consideration the notes from the video-editors concerning their previous experience with editing other tapes – in order to communicate to the hotels what kind of errors should they avoid in preparing the shooting.
• To follow the fullfilling of the task from the beginning to the end by keeping the callendar of the planned shootings and by checking the receival of the tapes and of the contracts.
• To follow the correct completion of all documents needed in order to have all necessary aprovals to film interiors, faces of the crew and customers, gros-plans etc. and all regarding the complete filming of the hotel.
• Effective communication and good project management of allocated tasks.
Cerinte Requirements / Qualifications:
Essential:
• Perfect knowledge of the English language and very good knowledge of another foreign language (prefferably Spanish, Portuguese, French or German)
• Basic knowledge of the shooting process and equipment.
• Familiar with searching on the internet and working with internet (Google, Yahoo …) callendars and Excel tables.
• Eye for details.
• Organized mind to notice the different types of features to be considered separately for each hotel.
• Insistent, calm, patient, diplomat, determined.
• Get-it-done attitude.
Desirable:
• Multilingual background.
• Basic knowledge of photo and video editing solutions.
