Online Channels Communication Officer

Descrierea postului:

•Setting up the online communication strategy according to the Bank’s general communication strategy and in line with the strategic goals of the Group
•Exploring and developing a strategy for social media according to the Bank’s general Communication strategy and in line with the strategic goals of the Group
•Maintaining a constant relationship with all Bank departments and with the Internal Communication Officer so as to ensure that updated information on the Bank’s activity & results is transmitted through online & alternative channels
•Managing the website platform together with the IT department. Ensuring that design & communication guidelines applied at Group level are respected
•Implementing, coordinating website content and writing general information materials that are posted on the website
•Developing, editing and supervising the publication of the external newsletter
•Offering consultancy to Bank representatives on online channels communication actions
•Drawing up online communication materials (articles, interviews, information letters, announcements)
•Managing the Monopoly Media network within Branches and developing the network
•Implementing, coordinating the content for the Monopoly Media Network
•Finding advertisers for the Monopoly Media network for reducing the maintenance costs

Cerinte
•Academic studies in economics, communication or IT
•2 years experience in an online communication agency, PR/ Advertising agency or in a company working on online projects
•Excellent communication (written & oral), presentation and organization skills
•Ability to easily relate and work efficiently both individually & in a team
•Very good command of English and the ability to write Romanian and English on a large variety of topics regarding the company’s activity
•Solid knowledge in public relations and communication techniques
•Good operating skills of IT programs
