Descrierea postului:
- answer all phone calls;
- organize meetings, travel arrangements,etc;
- manage the relationships with the company’s administrative services providers and other suppliers;
- ensure permanent information flow with the rest of the team;
- support our Consulting team;
- administration of contracts;
- manage office documents and supplies;
- assist the team in all business related activities;
- write, register and fill company documents;
- supervise and check translations, reports, presentations, etc;
Cerinte - experience in a similar job;
- Fluency in English is required, French is an asset;
- Computer skills: MS Office, Internet applications;
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Optimistic, friendly and flexible, problem-solving attitude;
- Quickly integrating and a team-player;
- Willing to take on greater responsibilities as the company develops.
