Duties and Responsabilities
- You participate in the elaboration of the customer proposal in pre-sales projects (requirements analysis; solution, approach & budget, …)
- You are responsible to deliver your project on time, quality & budget, with your project team
- You cover all project management disciplines (project plan elaboration & monitoring, risks management, change requests management, …)
- You manage the communication with your customer (Proxy Product Owner)
- You understand your projects from business, functional & technical point of views and for some projects, you will be the functional analyst
- You will ensure high project quality by challenging deliveries and adequate quality assurance
- As a member of the Romanian Management Team, you participate to the Continous Improvement Process.
Cerinte
Education and Experience
- University degree, or equivalent by experience
- Significant experience in web project management,
- Strong knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies (in particular Unified Process & SCRUM)
- Experience as a Requirements Analyst for Web & innovative new media projects
Technical Skills
- Good technical background in Internet technologies.
- Experience in implementing Web CMS, Enterprise Portal or Web Applications
- Microsoft Project, Atlassian suite
- Plus: MS Sharepoint, PHP Web CMS like Joomla!, Wordpress
Other Skills
- Good experience with Project Management methodologies (Rational Unified Process and SCRUM)
- Analytical minded, you have good experience with Business and/or Functional Analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Excellent customer and team management skills
- Ability to be efficient and productive under pressure
- Fluent in English (French is an asset)
- Experience in Media high traffic web sites, e-shops, Mobile applications, Intranet/extranet and EDM is a plus
