• Knowledge about QoS like queuing techniques, congestion management and avoidance solutions
• MPLS VPN like any2any VPN, hub-and-spoke VPN
• Knowledge of configuring and maintaining IOS Security features on routers and switches like L2 security techniques, IPsec VPNs, CBAC, Zone-based firewalls
• Good skills of managing and operating Cisco devices including Cisco APs, various platforms of switches and routers (routers: from 1800 series to 7200 series, switches: from 2900 series to 6500 series)
• Knowledge of wireless technologies like autonomous and lightweight solutions with WLCs from Cisco
• Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting complex routing and switching issues
• Basics of using Unix based systems
• Competent in the use of Microsoft Office and MS Visio
