* Strong working knowledge of C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery, XML, SQL
* Experience in .NET middle tier and backend development
* Experience with UnitTesting and/or SpecFlow, UserStories
* ASP .NET MVC development experience is a plus
* Web Services development experience is a plus
* ORM frameworks experience is a plus
* A strong understanding of High Availability, Load Balancing, Performance Tuning, Security
* Minimum 4 years of software systems work
* A self starter possessing the initiative to improve systems with new ideas and technologies, without explicit requests by internal managers/leads
* Focused on code quality and high development standards
* Willing to adopt test driven development techniques
* Excellent writing and communication skills
* Strong modeling skills
[Requirements for mid-level positions]
* Strong Web development skills, particularly: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, JQuery.

* Good experience with SQL

* Strong software development skills with the experience and independence to develop and technically lead software solutions without regular supervision

* Participate as a technical lead during iterative development cycles reviewing the team’s work product for quality control; perform code reviews
* Consult with customer to evaluate and develop detailed functional/technical design documents that offer the best solution to the problems
* Estimate and prepare project plans and timelines
* Track team status and communicate progress effectively to the management and customer’s team-leaders
* Ensure effective documentation of code, processes, and procedures.
