* Good Development principles and knowledge - in .NET (C#, ASP .Net)
* MVC framework is a plus
* web development skills: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Ajax, JQuery
* Very good knowledge of OOP & design patterns
* Strong algorithms knowledge
* Advanced English skills are required
* Soft skills: communication and interpersonal skills, team-player
