Manager Assembly - Location Lugoj

Descrierea postului:

· To plan, organize, direct and control the manpower and equipment capacity for maximizing utilization in order to meet the production schedules;
· To ensure that the daily / monthly output is achieved;
· To initiate problem-solving and trouble-shooting processes for reducing the production related problems and delays;
· To generate production reports, update specifications and work procedures together with the process engineers;
· To implement the relocated products in our production site;
· To arrange all tooling & wear parts required for production & Assembly;
· To ensure production of all gears as per daily Assembly schedule;
· To continuously reduce Rejection & Rework;
· Health and Safety.

Cerinte
· Candidate must possess a Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial);
· Required skill(s): Management, Leadership;
· Required language(s): English /German;
· At least 3 years of working experience in Assembly Lines;
· Candidate should be able to work independently with minimum supervision and work under pressure;
· Preferably managers specialized in Manufacturing / Production Operations;
· Knowledge and practice about Lean Production (tools / methods).
