Our client is an international company with HQ/production facility in Denmark, as well as a production facility in China. The products are traded worldwide primarily through the marine and power plant sectors. For the newly established manufacturing facility in Brasov we are looking for a Technical Constructor / Project Manager to manage the design and development processes for OEM clients. Together we are looking for a Logistic Manager.
Responsibilities:
Establishing and maintaining a competitive sourcing platform;
Establishing and maintaining efficient logistic processes;
Ensuring timely development of the logistic organisation – resources and competences;
Searching for and negotiating with suppliers;
Placing purchasing orders – follow-up;
Validating data in IT system – stock quantities;
Performing goods-in and goods-out operations, shipping and transport operations;
Coordinating logistic issues internally and externally;
Hiring and training logistic staff .
Cerinte
Experience in the following logistic areas: purchasing, planning, warehousing, shipping/transport;
Know how regarding the relevant suppliers in the metalworking industry in Romania;
Experience from metalworking industry;
Technical educational background;
Management skills;
Strong communication skills in verbal and written Romanian and English;
Strong drive, analytical, persistent and reliable;
Strong user of IT tools, e.g. MS Office;
Car and driver's license.

A training period of 3 – 6 months, in the Danish head quarter, will be expected when the position is occupied. |
