We are searching for a colleague for the following position:
JAVA Quality Assurance Engineer
in our Bucharest team.
What will you do?
You will….
…plan, design, develop and execute different types of tests for our web-based products;
…design regression, functional and non-functional (like performance, security, usability) tests for new system releases and automate them as much as possible;
…conduct black-box and white-box testing;
…work closely with the development team to investigate and solve major software incidents;
…review the technical documentation for accuracy.
And, most of all, you will be a part of our young and dynamic team.
Cerinte
If you have/are:
...development skills in Java/J2EE;
...knowledge of EJB (preferably 3.0), jBPM, JPA, HTTP Servlets, XML, Hibernate;
...knowledge of SQL;
…basic usage of version control systems (Subversion);
…knowledge in performing complete software project development cycle involving 3-tier architecture, object-oriented design, OO framework-based implementation;
…knowledge on how to read a system specification to understand the purpose and structure of the system;
…knowledge on how to look at a system and its specification and from these understand the areas to be tested;
…knowledge on how to assess the quality of software by measuring the relevant factors: testability, correctness, reliability, usability, maintainability, reusability, speed, scalability, stability;
…BS degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or equivalent;
…highly motivated, self-driven and interested in Quality Assurance;
…very good communication skills and a great team player;
…fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Would be a plus:
...at least 1 year QA experience;
...experience with an automated testing tool (e.g. TestComplete, SeleniumIDE, JMeter, etc.);
...ISTQB certification;
…experience with continuous integration (Hudson);
...knowledge of German language;
