Edy Group is currently looking for an HR Coordinator in order to be part of the HR Business Partnership for Transportation business.
Our new colleague will direct report to HR BUSINESS PARTNER and will be in charge with the HR Coordination for a specific part of the Transportation business.

HR Coordinator will be the HR contact person and direct support for a part of the Transport Business. As main responsibilities, our new colleague will:
- Take over the HR business needs and address the problems in order to be solved
- Implement HR projects/ procedures and rules for specific business area
- Address to other departments the HR problems that the business is having for delivering services
- Suggest improvements in HR organizational processes
- Solid experience in an HR (more than one function)
- Business understanding and implication in the business optimization processes
- Strong judgment abilities based on case analysis
- Very good communication skills with all layers in organization
- Initiative and problem solving skills
- Flexible and adaptable as a person
- Self starter and driven personality
