For one of the world's leading strategy consultancies, we are looking for a Front Desk Officer

Descrierea postului:

- To provide a professional welcome to visitors
- To provide general company information, schedule appointments
- To ensure the communication within the company as well as with the company’s clients and business partners, by phone, fax or email
- To perform administrative tasks for the office
- To keep the Company’s official correspondence and documents (keeps in/out register, archives documents, etc)
- To keep track of business incoming and outgoing correspondence
- To help promoting a positive image of the company through prompt and accurate replies to requests
- Protocol activities
- To print, photocopy, shred and bind company’s documents (reports, presentations) in line with the company’s standards

Cerinte
- The ability to work under pressure and to multi-task in a fast paced environment
- Strong work ethics and ability to complete tasks with minimal supervision
- Good communications skills, proactive approach, flexibility and dynamic personality
- Professional experience in this area for at least one year
- Ability to maintain a strong communication line with the management
- Fluency in English is a MUST
- University degree
- Very good knowledge of using MS Office and Internet tools.
