Fleet Operator/Database Operator (Excel)

Descrierea postului:

- Responsible for fleet management using the specific software: amendments, transfers, closing agreements;
- Responsible for invoicing clients, checking and sending all invoices to customers;
- Responsible for the fuel cards management  ordering, activating and sending fuel cards, cards management on suppliers site;
- Responsible for generating and updating the production report and other required reports;
- Responsible for administering fines of the fleet vehicles and maintaining the relationship with external supplier;
- Responsible for issuing the report to the supplier of road assistance service;
- Responsible for the contract record;
- Responsible to issue various report to the clients regarding their fleet.

Cerinte
o Excellent Excel skills (sorting filter, logical functions, search functions, pivot tabel);
o Previous experience in accountancy or financial field will be a plus;
o Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing;
o Ability to take ownership of and responsibility for work;
o Very good organizational skills;
o Ability to work with deadlines;
o Attention to details;
o Customer oriented;
o Fast-learner.
