For our Engineering Location Iasi we search for dynamic and motivated people to join our Infotainment and Connectivity department.
The specialists in our Interior Division work passionately to keep drivers and passengers informed of their vehicles’ status – and in touch with the world outside – at all times. They develop and produce a wide range of intelligent, user-friendly products for private and commercial vehicles (factory and after sales markets), including instruments and displays, cockpit modules, audio and navigation devices, multimedia and telematics solutions, and control, steering and access protection systems.
As a Software Developer in Map Production group you will be responsible for maintaining and developing different software applications (data converters) used in creation of the digital maps for our navigation systems.
Your every day job will include:
actively participating in shaping the requirements and architecture of our systems;
implementing and testing high-level software using real in-car hardware and simulations;
managing the challenges of international multi-site communication and team-work;
being part of a young and motivated international team.
A mentor will support you to stepwise take over own responsibility after an initial training phase which will familiarize you with our products, tools, processes and organization.
Cerinte
university degree - preferably Computer Science related degree;
experience in SQL, C/C++, Java SE, Unix, shell scripting;
general knowledge about embedded systems;
experience of 2-3 years as developer in an Object Oriented programming language;
good English skills in writing, reading and speaking
