Descrierea postului:

The eCommerce Operations Specialist job consists of supervising the implementation of the online payment system on partner websites, administrating the online and offline orders in the payment interface, handling customer requests via phone or e-mail, performing accounting activities (such as handling invoices).

Cerinte:

• Advanced knowledge of English (both writing and speaking)
• Sound knowledge of eCommerce concepts is a plus
• Previous work experience in customer care or technical support (online order experience is a plus)
• Strong PC skills
• Flexible, creative person
• Planning and organizing skills, willing to take responsibilities
• Available to work in shifts
