Descrierea postului:
The person is responsible for the production of e-Learning tools, all formats: practical tips capsules, interactive modules etc.
Missions:
1.Coordinate various stakeholders, internal and external
a.Calls up and coordinates required partners (graphic artists, multimedia designer, Ludifactory etc.) in order to build a production planning
b.Briefs his/her partners
c.Is the main intermediary between the conception team and the technical team
2.Organize production
a.Dispatches the tasks
b.Follows up the development and ensures that feedbacks from conception team are integrated
c.Supervises the production of visual & sound effects
d.Supervises localization
e.Supervises the placement of tracers in the tools to get statistics
f.Responsible for the respect of planning and quality of final deliverable
3.Broadcast tools
a.Integrates final contents (text, sounds, visuals etc.) in rapid learning tools (example: Captivate, Presenter, etc.)
b.Adjusts in function of the feedbacks from the conception team
c.Upload tools on the group e-Learning platform
d.Ensures tools maintenance : contents updates and technical follow-up
4.Keep up-to-date on e-learning domain
a.Stay informed on new trends in e-Learning domain (platforms, tools, standards etc.)
b.Make recommendations on the use of new Rapid Learning Tools
Cerinte
- Oral and written English
- Project management
- Good knowledge of e-Learning domain : platforms (LMS, LCMS etc.), tools (Presenter, Captivate, Flash, etc.), standards (AICC, SCORM etc.)
- Very good communication skills and able to react quickly to user demands
