Descrierea postului:

Experienced Customer Service Representative with excellent English speaking skills. Working with English-speaking customers answering any purchasing - related questions. Interacts with customers to provide information in response to inquiries about products and services, handles and resolves complaints. Offers technical support with printing. Communicates with customers by phone, online chat, e-mail.
Answering questions about products and purchase orders, tracking orders in the system,etc. Contributes to the increase of web-sales through knowledge of products and excellent customer service.

Cerinte:

Excellent English writing and speaking skills. Customer service experience is a must. Excellent computer skills, word, excel, internet research.Experience in servicing English-speaking customers.
Fast learner and great communicator.
Must to able to work 2PM - 10:00PM.
