The Sales Support Administrator will provide full support to the Channel Business Development Team (1 Director and 3 Sales Representatives in Northern Europe) to execute on their business goals. This is a busy and varied role, working closely with sales management and operations teams. You will be the liaison for Marketing, Inside Sales and Sales. The role requires a flexible, well organised person to maintain the smooth running of a very busy department.
Responsibilities - Channel Sales Support:
• Key Task - Maintain Regional Partner relationship Management Tool (Seibel)
• Assistance with correspondence including memos, letters, emails, etc.
• Meeting and conference call administration consisting of scheduling, coordination, minutes and action item tracking.
• Maintain databases, tracking systems and spreadsheets (Field Force, Siebel etc.)
• Assist with mailings, perform mail merges, arrange/carry out printing
• Respond to customer queries, send information to potential clients
• Make arrangements for equipment loans, supplies and repairs
• Order/purchase/arrange Regional cards, gifts and awards
• Enter and reconcile data held in our Siebel system.
• Manage diaries (Outlook Calendar)
• Book flights and hotel accommodation
• Negotiate, book meeting/conference venues
Cerinte Desired Experience & Skills:
• Excellent English skills, command of any other European language would be an asset
• Organised with very strong IT skills (Net, Outlook, Word, Excel),
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure – ability to prioritise and multitask
• Enjoys working as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidential and sensitive information
• Occasional overnight travel may be required |
