Edy Group is currently looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Executive Assistant to the CEO.

Our new colleague will report directly to edy Group CEO and will be responsible for the full management of the assistance activity for the owner of edy Group.

Main directions:
-Managing full assistance activity for edy Group CEO
-Act as main link between CEO and Senior Management of edy Group companies
-Managing full process of organization and communication in senior meetings for the group (internal, with partners, with clients, etc.)
-Managing and follow-up the agenda in external relationships of the companies
-Involvement in different projects for edy Group organizational culture: internal communication, special events, public participation, etc.
- Provide different types of reports [business] at request

Cerinte
+3 years of experience in a business support role for CEO/ Stakeholders
-Experience in a dynamic company [Transport/ Logistic/ Production]
-PC literate [Microsoft Office, ERP system, etc.]
-English at advanced level, any other language is a plus

-Business understanding and market dynamic
-Strong coordination skills: responsible, organized, efficient
-Initiative in improvement projects and activities
-Dedication and full commitment
-Independent worker and self starter
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Desire to learn and develop continuously
