Business Analyst/ Requirements Engineer

Purpose of Role
•Undertake professional business analysis in the early stages of the project life cycle in order to understand and document business needs.
•Develop business process change proposals and recommend options that meet the business objectives.
•Support the Sponsor in shaping a convincing Business Case for the project.
•Writing and aligning with stakeholders the Business Requirement Document (BRD) which defines the objectives and the prioritised requirements of the project.

Key Activities
•Specify high level business requirements
•Gather, document, validate and prioritize business requirements
•Develop cost benefit case for options papers as appropriate.
•Define criteria and test cases for user acceptance testing

Cerinte
Key Knowledge and Skills
• Knowledge of business analysis tools and techniques including information gathering, process mapping and requirements elicitation
• Broad understanding of business dynamics of life insurance / financial services industry
• Strong oral and written communication skills, including the ability to relate issues and recommendations to sponsor and a range of stakeholders in English

Experience
• 3+ years of practical experience in executing business analysis

Would Be A Plus
• Knowledge of insurance / investment products that are offered in the UK, German, Italian and Austrian Insurance markets
•Practical experience in insurance business processes / financial services industry
•Strong oral and written communications skills in German / Italian / French
