Analyst, Consumer Planning

Role:

Coordinate and monitor commercial planning and the investments initiative within Consumer Marketing as well as forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and consolidate input for investments initiatives within Consumer Marketing department.
• Centralize and coordinate the input for financial planning – subscriber, revenue and qualitative input.
• Ensure the timeline for financial planning as well as accuracy of data are met.
• Suggests areas for improvement in internal planning processes along with possible solutions.
• Monitor the department projects; ensure all the timelines are met both for implementations and post implementations.
• Develop necessary feedback mechanism that leads to continuous improvement of the project in a timely manner.
• Ensure cross functional collaboration and communication with all operational groups involved in project developments.
• Keeps project team well informed of changes within the organization process.
• Participate in other team activities / projects as assigned by department management.

• Minimum 1 year experience in Project Management
• University degree, preferably in Economics / Marketing
• Good verbal and written presentation skills in Romanian and English
• Good knowledge of the marketing mix of telecom industry
• Communication skills - Good negotiation skills , Strong interpersonal skills
• Exposure and involvement in cross-departmental projects
