Descrierea postului:
Creates, develops and implements the advertising-publicity strategies according to the company policy;
Coordinates and monitories the collaboration with publicity agencies in ATL and BTL aspects;
Supervises and coordinates the publicity activities implementation;
Identify marketing needs and develop advertising plans to the mutual benefit of the advertisers and company alike;
Maintains and develops strong relations with the advertising buyers, publicity companies and any other 3rd party important for the company in order to develop the daily activity and to create positive image for the company;
Prepares the annual publicityincome budgets and presents it to the direct hierarchical superior;
Prepares the publicity contracts together with the legal department, coordinates contracts signing and their implementation;
Liaise with the financial department to follow up the complete execution of the contracts;
Have a natural initiative to cold call and prospect for potential advertisers;
Present marketing and advertising presentations;
Discuss the specific problems with the management and recommend improvement measures;
Takes actions to solve the problems which are under her competence;
Perform any task related to the position held in the company, requested by any of the hierarchical superior;
To learn and follow the work safety regulations and application measures which are offered to her disposal by the Employer.
Cerinte University degree;
Sales experience minimum 3 years;
Knowledge and ability of : Critical Thinking, Knowledge of Business, Planning and Organizing, Organizational Needs Assessment;
Collaborative Leadership: Delegating Work, Effective Team Building, Judgment and Decision-Making, Managing and Measuring Performance, Problem Solving and Decision Making, Customer Focus & Customer Service;
Knowledge of advertising agencies, client base, magazine advertising, marketing and communications techniques;
Strong organizational and time-management skills;
Ability to prioritize tasks and assignments;
Ability to prospect and build strong business relationships;
Strong presentation skills;
High degree of commitment and involvement in the company activity;
English language advanced;
Good knowledge of equipment and software used in the work process;
